Help your customer reach you.

If your listing has an old number, someone trying to reach you could get the wrong person or no answer.

What I’d do for you

I’d confirm the number you want customers to use, update your profile and website, and check where the published phone link leads.

Let customers know when you’re open.

When your Saturday hours are missing, a customer has to guess whether you’re open before calling or visiting.

What I’d do for you

We’d confirm your regular and special hours together. I’d publish them and check that customers see the right information.

Make your main service clear.

If you’re an electrician, a broad contractor category doesn’t describe your main service as clearly as it could.

What I’d do for you

You’d tell me the work you do. I’d choose the appropriate available category with you and complete the relevant services and profile details.

Make your website easy to act on.

Your customer should be able to tell what you do and find your number without searching the page.

We’d agree the wording and contact fixes. I’d update your details and check that the page works on a phone.

Showing the original details.

Fictional profile and website details. Your own corrections will come from checking your business with you.

Here’s what I’ll work on with you.

We’ll start with what’s wrong on your listings and site. I’ll show you the fixes I recommend before you decide to go ahead.

Your business, accurately listed.

I’ll confirm your services, location or service area, hours and contact details with you. Then I’ll update the profile details we agree on and check what customers can see.

Your details match across directories.

I’ll make the details we agree on consistent across Google, Bing Places, Apple Maps and Yelp. You’ll know which corrections are live and which are waiting for platform review.

Your existing website gets attention too.

A hard-to-find number, unclear page headings or outdated business details may need fixing. We’ll agree on the website changes during the initial check, and I’ll make those fixes.

A review kit you can use.

You’ll get a QR card or counter sign linked to your Google review page, plus wording for asking customers about their experience.

You’ll see exactly what changed.

Your record will show each issue alongside the work I did and its current status, with links or screenshots. Bayou Electric is a fictional sample of that record.

Scheduled

Let’s start with your listing.

  1. Tell me your business name and city.

Include your website or listing link if you have it.

  2. We’ll go through what I find.

I’ll show you what needs attention and why, then recommend specific fixes.

  3. You decide whether to go ahead.

Before payment, we agree on the work, price, access, timing and terms.

A correction you can inspect.

For May’s Crepes, I corrected the map pin, category and phone line. May’s is my wife’s business. The work page identifies the changes.

Scope, access and delivery

You keep ownership and provide the access needed for the agreed corrections. We set the delivery date based on that work and the access available. Your record shows which corrections are published and which submissions are waiting for platform review.

We agree on targeted fixes to your existing website after the check. A new website, hosting repair or larger rebuild gets a separate quote.

Credit toward a later website

If you complete a standalone Rescue and buy a website within twelve months of its delivery, the $500 comes off the $1,000 website base. Service pages beyond the included five still cost $150 each.

The credit applies when you buy Rescue as a separate engagement. If you already need a new website, that package includes the listing and citation work.

Payment and cancellation

We agree in writing on when payment is collected and how cancellation is settled before requesting payment. The current agreement provides a full refund before work starts. After that, you pay for completed work and get the remaining balance back. How incomplete work is valued is still unresolved.

Read the service agreement

Tell me about your business.

Tell me what you do and what you’d like to improve. We’ll look at your website or listing together and work out what makes sense for your business.
