Billing starts when Care is ready.

Your first monthly charge is due when the agreed Care services are ready to use. I confirm the start date in writing. Signing the agreement or launching your website doesn’t start the monthly charge on its own.

Setup

A $400 advance at signing covers setup. When Care begins, that advance is your first month. There is no separate setup fee.

If plans change during setup

Cancel in writing and I stop new work. Completed setup tasks are settled at the values listed in the agreement and the rest of the advance is refunded. If I cancel or cannot deliver, the full advance is refunded.

Setup covers your business line, your review email sender, account access and your client hub. I confirm each step with you as it completes.

What the monthly work covers.

You keep control of the business decisions. I handle the agreed website, listing and follow-up work.

Hosting and existing-content updates

Keep the site online and update existing content, such as hours, contact details, photos and service wording. Existing-content changes are published within one business day.

New pages, redesigns, new integrations, separately commissioned production and paid advertising need their own scope and quote.

Missed-call text back

When you miss a call, the caller gets one automated text from your business line. If they reply, their message is forwarded to your email so you can call them back. You still return the call and handle the estimate or the job.

Messaging registration is set up for your business during setup. Your customers can opt out at any time.

Website inquiries sent to you

Requests from your website’s contact page reach you by text or email. An inquiry is a customer asking, not a booked job.

Review requests and response drafts

Customers who did business with you in the last twelve months can receive one neutral email asking for a review. You confirm who’s eligible. Anyone can opt out. The email sends from your own domain, which takes two DNS records I set up with you. Without those records there are no email review requests.

I draft responses to new reviews for your approval. You decide what’s published.

Listing checks

I check your Google Business Profile for wrong or missing details and send you the corrections to approve. Your listing stays in your name.

Your client hub

Your private client hub lists every website inquiry and missed call, with who is handling each one and how it turned out. You can also see the state of each Care service, website changes waiting on your approval, your requests and a monthly work record.

Mark an inquiry contacted or closed, and the hub keeps that record. An inquiry means a customer asked. It doesn’t mean a booked job or a revenue result.

If something on a screen looks wrong, you can report it from that screen.

The example above shows the kind of record you’ll see. It isn’t a client report.

What stays with you.

  1. Tell me what changed

Send current hours, services, approved photos and the wording or facts needed for an update.

  2. Handle the customer

Return calls, answer job questions, approve prices and arrange the work. Care doesn’t confirm bookings for you.

  3. Approve follow-up

Confirm completed jobs and eligible recipients. Review drafts and approve the business details before they go out.

I use the access needed for the agreed work. Your domain, site, listings and accounts stay in your name.

Billing and scope.

Care costs $400 per month, whatever the size of your site. Each payment covers the month ahead. Renewals fall on the same calendar day each month, or the last day of a shorter month.

Care is optional and month to month. No extra page, new integration or additional paid service is added without an agreed scope. Sending limits are confirmed during setup, not presented as unlimited.

Cancellation and handover.

Either of us can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. There is no cancellation fee. Your final period is prorated through the end date, and anything already paid for service after that date is refunded.

Handover happens within five business days of the end date. Your website, domain, listings and accounts stay yours. Read the service agreement.

Tell me about your business.

Tell me what you do and what you’d like to improve. We’ll look at your website or listing together and work out what makes sense for your business.
