Here’s what working together involves, what you’ll receive and what we’ll agree before you pay.
What working together looks like.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Send the address with your inquiry. I’ll review what you have before recommending a build. Listing Rescue is available on its own and can include specific corrections to an existing website.
How much time do you need from me?
You’ll help me understand your business, provide approved material and account access, then review the site and send one consolidated set of changes. I’ll handle the writing and build. We’ll set the delivery date around the scope and your availability.
What access do you need?
I’ll need access to the accounts involved in your work, such as your domain, website or business listing. You keep ownership and invite me where the provider supports it. Keep passwords and customer lists out of your initial inquiry.
What do I receive with a Listing Rescue?
You’ll receive the profile, directory and targeted website corrections we agree on, a review QR kit and a written record of the changes. I’ll show you the scope and access needed before you decide to proceed.

Each work page identifies the engagement. May’s Crepes is a live family business. The plumbing, collision, HVAC and roofing websites are fictional concepts. Bloom & Stem and Bayou Electric are fictional demonstration businesses.
Price, terms and ownership.
What does the work cost?
Your complete website is $1,000 once. Listing Rescue is $500 once. If you complete a qualifying standalone Rescue, you can apply its $500 toward a later website’s $1,000 base within twelve months of delivery. Business Care, if you want it, is $400 per month and starts when the agreed services are ready to use.

Up to five service pages and five useful general pages, including Home. Necessary utility and legal pages are outside those allowances. Extra service pages are $150 each, up to fifteen service pages at $2,500 total. Larger sites receive a separate scope.

Collection timing and how incomplete work is valued remain to be settled. We agree them in writing before payment is requested. The website price is not an automatically nonrefundable charge.
What happens if I cancel?
Current one-time terms give a full refund before work starts. After work starts, completed work is payable and the balance is refunded. How incomplete work is valued and cancellation settlement must be agreed in writing before payment is requested.

You do. Your website, domain, listings and business accounts remain yours. We agree hosting and handover arrangements before launch.
