1. Who you are dealing with
Dropped Pin is the assumed name of Adrian Karl R Uesugui, a one-person business in Houston, Texas. When this page says "I", that is who it means. When it says "you", it means whoever is reading the site, calling the business line, or texting it.
Using droppedpin.co, calling (346) 795-1477, or replying to a text from that number means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use them.
2. What this site is
A description of what I do and examples of work I have done. It is not advice, and reading it does not hire me or start anything. There is no account to make, no form to fill in, and nothing to buy on this site.
The writing, photographs, and design on droppedpin.co are mine. Client names and logos in the work section belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Do not copy the site wholesale. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and you do not need to ask.
I am independent and not affiliated with Google. Findings I send you are mine.
3. The text messaging programs
There are two text programs and no marketing list. First: if you call the business line and I cannot answer, one automated reply goes back to the number you called from. Second: if you are a contracted Dropped Pin client, you receive a text when an enquiry arrives through the contact form on your website, at a mobile number you supply and confirm at onboarding. There is no public signup form for either one.
By calling Dropped Pin at (346) 795-1477, you may receive an automated text reply if we are unable to answer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
If you are a Dropped Pin client and you asked for lead alerts at onboarding, you receive one text per enquiry at the number you gave me. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
Dropped Pin does not send marketing, promotional, or sales text messages under either program. There is no recurring campaign, no newsletter, and no drip sequence.
Reply STOP to any message to end it. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work, and so does asking in plain words. Reply HELP, email auesugui@droppedpin.co, or call (346) 795-1477 to reach a person.
No mobile information, phone number, or messaging consent is sold, rented, shared, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Quotes and client work
A price I quote you is good for thirty days. Paid work runs on a separate written agreement that covers scope, price, and schedule, and that agreement controls if it ever disagrees with this page.
Nothing on this site is an offer that binds me. That includes answers from the chat, which can be wrong. Talking to me about a project does not commit either of us to anything until that agreement is signed.
5. What I do not promise
Search rankings, call volume, and lead counts depend on things outside anyone's control, including Google. I do not guarantee a position, a number of calls, or a result, and you should not trust anyone who does.
The site is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and current, but I do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent Texas law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
6. Privacy
What I collect, what I do with it, and how long I keep it is in the privacy policy. The short version is that this site counts visits with Google Analytics, which sets two cookies. The chat checks for bots with Cloudflare Turnstile and keeps your questions for 30 days. Nothing is sold, and your phone number is never shared for marketing.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
