Do you charge to come out?
There is a trip charge, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. We tell you the amount on the phone before the visit.
When do I get the price?
You get the repair price before work starts. If the inspection finds a separate problem, we explain the added scope before proceeding.
What happens if I call at night?
The sample business has an after-hours line for urgent plumbing calls. Availability and the visit charge would be confirmed by phone. This concept site cannot connect a call or arrange a visit.
Where do you work?
The sample service area includes Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, Richmond, Brookshire and Cypress. Confirm the property address and the type of work when discussing a visit.
Do you do commercial work?
We do small commercial work too, from restaurants and offices to a small retail space. We don’t do new construction.
Can I get a price from this form?
The form helps you prepare the details needed for an estimate. It does not calculate a price, because access, parts and the condition of the plumbing need to be reviewed.
Are these photographs real jobs?
